He spent months driving the winding roads of Sicily, falling in love with its rugged beauty and multicultural cuisine. He can’t wait to introduce you to his Italy.

Following His Passion

While studying in Florence earning an architecture degree, Zach ditched the domes and cathedrals for the markets and trattorias. It was then his taste buds told him he was going to become an Italian chef—a damn good one.

Zach has eaten his way through each of Italy’s 20 regions: porceddu in rural Sardinia to artisanal salami in the medieval towns of Umbria, and everything in between. And it’s no surprise, Italy has captured his heart and soul.
