Andrea Calstier and Elena Oliver are the husband-and-wife team behind New York’s La Bastide and Cenadou Bistrot. Raised in France and shaped by its regional food traditions, Andrea trained in Michelin-starred kitchens in France and New York, including alongside Daniel Boulud. Together, they share a deep appreciation for French culinary culture—from Lyon’s celebrated gastronomic heritage to Burgundy’s devotion to wine, seasonality, and craftsmanship.
