Slow Food

The Slow Food movement was born in Bra, Piedmont, where a commitment to “good, clean and fair” food grew into a philosophy embraced around the world. Here, we’ll return to its source, meeting the producers and tasting the regional traditions that show what Slow Food has always championed.

Explore with Danny

Danny is an award-winning executive chef and one of Montreal’s most distinctive culinary voices. He’s based in Canada but his Italian roots have brought him back to Italy regularly since he was a kid. After traveling through out the country, he views Piedmont as the underrated gem of Italy and we can’t wait for him to bring that enthusiasm along with us next fall.

So Much Delicious

Aside from wine and cheese—if you really need to explore any further—Piedmont is a bounty of elegant scenery and regal history. French influences, Alpine peaks, shady piazzas and winding country roads. This is Italian an experience unto itself.

Experience Piedmont
