Chef and restaurateur David Fhima has been a fixture of the Twin Cities dining scene for more than three decades. Born in Casablanca, he moved to the U.S. in 1982 where his life’s work has been to create magical experiences for guests through food, ambiance, and great energy. Today, he and his wife and longtime business partner, Lori, lead a family-run hospitality group, and they are bringing that familiar approach to our journey in Morocco.
