How We Work
Creating an exceptional travel experience requires both care and expertise. Whether you’re seeking a refreshing weekend getaway or an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime adventure, our team of Travel Designers is ready to craft the perfect blueprint for your unique and personalized adventure.
Step 1
We start with a few basic questions to learn more about you. We’ll explore potential dates, destinations, budget, and the type of experience you’re looking for. Then, we provide you with a custom lookbook offering inspiration for what your itinerary could look like, highlighting our favorite accommodation options, activities, and experiences that align with your style and budget.
Step 2
Based on your feedback, we collect a $500 planning fee, which is then accounted for in your total trip cost, and begin crafting a custom curated proposal for your review. Once we’ve collaborated to perfect your itinerary, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision, a 50% deposit is required to officially start confirming all your arrangements.
Step 3
The final payment is due 60 days before departure to secure your trip. Once your itinerary is confirmed, our team handles all the details, providing full support to ensure that every aspect of logistics and communication is seamlessly managed for a smooth and stress-free experience.

How much will it cost?
We design travel experiences that align with a variety of budgets while maintaining a high standard of personalization and care. Our luxury experiences typically include accommodations, private airport transfers, curated excursions, private guides, VIP access, and select meals. These bespoke journeys generally range from $1,000 to $3,000 per person, per day, depending on destination, season, group size, and chosen activities.

Round-trip airfare to and from your destination, travel insurance, hotel incidentals, and any activities and meals not outlined in the itinerary are not included. We provide clear guidance on what’s covered so you know exactly what to expect.

What deposits are required?
Once we discuss your interests, travel style, dates, and budget, we present initial ideas to spark excitement. To proceed with a detailed travel plan, we require a $500 planning fee. To confirm your bespoke itinerary and secure accommodations, a 50% deposit is needed, with the remaining balance due 60 days before travel.
