Burgundy’s legendary mark on the wine world spans the centuries. Savoring them in situ means exploring a rich gastronomic highlight of France, plus unforgettable medieval villages with cozy brasseries and iconic farmer’s markets. Experience Burgundy by walking cobblestoned streets, e-biking through countryside dotted by stone-walled farms, balloon rides over truffle-filled forests and, bien sur, sampling some of the world's finest wines in ancient cellars.
Private access and personal touches. A Michelin-star chef prepares your feast in one of the world’s most-exclusive wine clubs. Cap sunrise balloon rides over rolling hills with a toast of local sparkling wines. Join a troop of truffle-hunting dogs on a foraging experience of Burgundy forests, and learn how local delicacies like Dijon’s mustard and pain d’epice gingerbread are lovingly created. Base yourself in luxurious accommodations in the heart of Beaune and Paris.
For the romantics and wine-lovers, our Burgundy retreat is made for those who’ve always dreamed of going deeper into French culture and countryside.
May, September and October have temperate weather, fewer tourists and are optimal times for grape harvests. June thru September have the warmest weather and are busier.
More exclusive tastings, behind-the-scenes experiences and exquisite cuisine? We can make sure to fit in everything you and your group need. Additionally, plan some extra time in Paris.
We stay in unique five-star accommodations—from boutique hotels in Beaune to luxury apartments in Paris—that capture the essence, ethos and hospitality of the places we visit.
The heartbeat of historic Beaune’s cobblestone streets awaits outside your homebase, made from two 16th-century mansions with a wine-filled caveaux and tree-shaded courtyard. It’s modern meets Middle Ages, with ample antiques filling nooks and all the modern comforts including an on-site spa.
Personalized service and attention to detail, so relaxed and yet in the center of Paris with easy access to just about everything.
Rustic luxe. How can you top that?
The food and wine were fantastic!
I want everyone to have this experience.
