Nowhere else in the world can you find as much brilliant innovation paired with age-old tradition. Futuristic cities juxtaposed with stunning ancient history; busy streets and towering skyscrapers, a tranquil ryokan tucked in the mountains. If you’re fascinated by tradition and by artisans who’ve been perfecting their crafts for centuries, or believe that every second of every day should be filled with adventure, Japan is the place.
No matter how you choose to curate your experience, one constant remains. Thanks to our profound relationships, we will walk the vineyards of private estates in the company of winemakers that produce the best wines in the country, hear the story of entrepreneurs in the hospitality sector and talk to farmers and ranchers on the vanguard of new agriculture.
Our Napa experience is for groups looking for a tranquil space surrounded by innovation and inspiration—we'll walk the vineyards with the area's leading winemakers and immerse ourselves in Napa's slow food movement.
Napa is an exceptional visit all year round. However, we especially like late spring and late summer as the days are warm but the nights are crisp.
A round table with the area's most innovative chefs and winemakers? A hands-on demonstration in biodynamic viticulture? Whatever your purpose we can craft the ideal retreat for your group in Napa.
Our luxury hotels are the ideal combination of modern elegance and a rustic, only-in-California vibe that pairs perfectly with a retreat experience.
Nestled in tree-lined valleys and rooted deeply in history and heritage, our basecamps in Napa combine Wine Country’s distinctive blend of the rustic and refined, with an acute sensitivity to the nuances of comfort and the rhythm of the seasons.
Our itineraries can be tailored for groups of any size, whether it’s a small, intimate group of six or a larger team or group of 100 or more.
Our retreats capture the spirit of a culture and destination, tailored to your objectives, harnessing the potential of shared experiences. Our retreats serve as a vibrant platform for self-discovery, where we share connection and leave with growth, fun and inspiration.
We start by learning about your organization and goals. Our team takes care of all the details and supports to ensure all the logistics and communications are seamlessly managed. We also work with you to incorporate in your ideas for the retreat.

We offer white glove support to you and your group, from detailed planning and day-to-day itineraries to local insights about the destination, on-site logistics, and 24/7 dedicated assistance. Our degree of curation, personalization, care, and local connections sets us apart.
