Nina's odes to creole cooking have earned her national attention: a stint on “Top Chef”, Food & Wine’s Best New Chef in 2017, a coveted James Beard Award in 2018. Nina is a force of nature, brave and bold, always searching for inspiration. We're honored to experience India with her.
