A heartfelt thank you to our community for the support, care, and understanding during this tumultuous time. As for all of us, navigating these times has become our focus. With a commitment to health and safety, and in response to travel restrictions and the unpredictability of what comes next, we are rescheduling all Modern Adventure experiences traveling in April and May 2020.
As the conditions evolve so will our response. If you are booked on an upcoming departure, thank you and please know, we will proactively communicate any changes to your trip in real-time. In an effort to support those impacted by trip rescheduling and the current environment, we have revised our policies to create more flexibility. You can read the details below.

We are actively rescheduling impacted departures and in most cases offering them in the same travel month for 2021. We are working to publish those dates as soon as they can be guaranteed. If you are unable to travel on the new date, you can transfer to another Modern Adventure Experience without penalty or cancel your reservation per the terms of your original booking.

To give you more flexibility, we are offering trip transfers with 100% of your booking credited to any current or future Modern Adventure trip. Otherwise the terms of our cancellation policy are as follows:
For any guest booked on a Modern Adventure traveling in 2020, if you are not able to travel on your original trip booking, we are offering trip credits. This allows you to transfer 100% of your booking value to any current or future Modern Adventure. Travel must be completed by the end 2021.
For all postponed departures, a trip credit will automatically be applied and available for use on a future trip. If your trip is not postponed, requests for a trip transfer must be submitted at least 90 days prior to the original trip departure date. Reservations can be transferred directly to an active Modern Adventure or credited to your guest account. Any remaining balance can be applied towards an additional Modern Adventure trip traveling before the end of 2021. All transfers and credit allocations are final and non-refundable. Our Customer Experience team will provide you with your trip transfer policies and details upon request.
Any postponement decisions will be made 45 days prior to departure dates (or closer to travel if the situation dictates).
When you join one of our trips we want you to book with confidence. On all new bookings for Modern Adventures traveling in 2020, we’ll help you update your plans by transferring your reservation to a future date or another trip. In the event, we postpone your trip, you can transfer 100% of your booking to the new departure or any other Modern Adventure.
